Our documentary A little Light'll Do Ya: Defending Democracy in America tells the story of our community's response the the stolen election and the beginning of what became the 'electoral integrity,' or 'election protection movement.' It was the first of a series of EON productions including Vote Rigging 101, Got Democracy?, and Getting Over It, which both documented and helped catalyze the movement.
We were gratified that it was translated into Urdu for broadcast in Pakistan before their last election, connecting us with those working for democracy and election intergrity in Pakistan.

MB and Dolores Huerta, President of the Dolores Huerta Foundation , Co-Founder with Csear Chavez of the National Farm Workers Association and social justice advocate. Huerta was a key plaintiff in a 2006 lawsuit against Bruce McPherson, the then California Secretary of State for buying faulty, hackable Diebold electronic voting machines.
In late 2008, our video The Price of Liberty looked at the myriad efforts Ohio and national activists used to protect the integrity of the vote. Yet, we're all learning there's more to deep democracy than election integrity, as vital as that is. A choice between continuities of elite policies is no choice. There has to be a real choice between a true range of contending alternatives.
We must move from 'demonstration' election and 'managed' democracy to substantive democracy with a well informed populace activated to make binding decisions based on their best interests balanced with the welfare of the whole.
2004 - As evidence of a stolen election continued to grow, we traveled to Ohio, ground zero, to document citizen pushback. Then on to Washington, D.C. to cover the rallies and the historic Electoral College challenge to Ohio's vote tally by Senator Barbara Boxer and the late Ohio Congresswomen Stephanie Tubbs-Jones.

Harvey Wasserman of FreePress.org
In 2005, then Democratic Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, herself a target of election manipulation, was a staunch supporter of the election protection movement.
Since then McKinney ran for President on the Green Party ticket and has become an active international campaigner on behalf of human rights in Gaza. She appeared in our next film - Help America Vote...
Election Protection and Deep Democracy
The late, great Congresswoman from Ohio, Stephanie Tubbs-Jones - who, together with Senator Barbara Boxer, mounted the historic Congressional challenge to Ohio's flawed 2004 Electoral College tally - was another powerful advocate for deep democracy in Help America Vote...on Paper.

The 'man-in-the-middle,' a common ploy in computer fraud, is explained by cyber security conultant Stephen Spoonamore, who blew the whistle on the probable Bush-Rove election theft system in Ohio.
He elaborates on the end of privacy due to the 'virtual' world in which everyone can be tracked on behalf of commerce and 'national security.' Our interview is here.
